  • Do I need an appointment? 

    No. Brickyard Car Wash is an express car wash, so no appointment is needed for a wash. Just drive up during business hours, and we’ll take care of you.

  • How long does a wash take?

    Our express tunnel wash is designed to get you in and out quickly. Wash times may vary depending on traffic, but the process is fast and convenient.

  • Do you offer detailing or hand washes?

    No. Brickyard Car Wash is an express exterior car wash and does not offer detailing or hand wash services.

  • What wash packages do you offer?

    We offer multiple wash options, including Indy 500, Hall of Fame, Kiss the Bricks, Checkered Flag, and Basic. Package details and current pricing can be found on our Wash Packages and Membership pages.

  • Do you offer unlimited memberships?

    Yes. We offer unlimited wash memberships so customers can wash as often as they like each month. Membership options range from Basic up to our premium Indy 500 plan.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    Yes. Our unlimited memberships are recurring monthly, with no contract, and can be canceled anytime.

  • What is included in the Indy 500 package?

    Our Indy 500 package is our top-tier wash and includes premium protection features such as Ceramic + Graphene, along with our highest level of shine and protection.

  • What is Ceramic + Graphene protection?

    Ceramic + Graphene protection helps your vehicle maintain shine, improves water beading, helps reduce dirt adhesion, and adds protection against the elements.

  • Why is bug removal important in Florida?

    Bug splatter can be acidic and, in Florida heat, may bake into your vehicle’s clear coat if left untreated. Frequent washing helps reduce buildup and protect your finish.

  • Do you offer a raincheck?

    Yes. We offer a free raincheck on our top two single washes: Indy 500 and Hall of Fame.

  • Do rainchecks apply to washbooks?

    No. Rainchecks do not apply to washbooks, since washbooks already include bonus washes.

  • What if I want to wash more often after rain or pollen?

    Our unlimited membership is the best option for frequent washing. It gives you the convenience of returning anytime your vehicle needs another wash.

  • What amenities do you offer? 

    Amenities include free vacuum stations, a rubber mat wash sink, a mat cleaner machine, and an air fill station.

  • Can I use the vacuums with any wash?

    Yes. Vacuums are included with the purchase of any wash. After exiting the tunnel, please proceed to the vacuum area and follow directional signage. For safety, do not enter from the wrong direction.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open 7 days a week from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Sundays close at 6 PM


    Important clarification: 

    We do offer a free raincheck on our top two single washes: Indy 500 and Hall of Fame. 

    Rainchecks do not apply to washbooks, since washbooks already include bonus washes.
